Refund policy

Effective date: August 10, 2026. This page does not make a refund promise that has not been approved for the live payment programme.

Before purchases are activated

Production checkout is not active under this implementation. No refund terms are represented as currently available until the payment configuration and legal wording are approved.

When purchases are activated

The final policy will identify the eligible product, process, timeframe, and any provider-specific terms. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund process.
