๐ Tutorial
Decisions are hard because we often don't know what we really want, or we're afraid of choosing wrong. AI can't decide for you, but it can help you think more clearly and feel more confident about your choices.
Step 1: Define the Decision
Before analyzing options, get clear on what you're actually deciding. Sometimes what feels like one decision is really several, or the real decision isn't what you think it is.
Step 2: List Your Options
Write out all possible choices, including options you might be dismissing too quickly. AI can help you brainstorm alternatives you haven't considered.
Step 3: Identify Your Criteria
What matters to you in this decision? Cost? Time? Risk? Alignment with values? AI can help you uncover criteria you might be weighing unconsciously.
Step 4: Analyze Tradeoffs
Every option has tradeoffs. AI can help you see them clearly: pros/cons, best case/worst case, what you gain vs. what you give up.
Step 5: Consider Future You
How will you feel about this decision in 10 minutes? 10 months? 10 years? Different timeframes reveal different priorities.
Step 6: Make the Call
Once you've thought it through, decide. AI can help you commit by articulating why your choice makes sense given what you value.
